With the exception of not actively or seriously trying to derive accountability,
for anything, most of our perpetual catastro-clusterfucks just keep chuggin' along under the assumption that when blame can finally be assigned, THEN we can do something about it. The assertion is that once A domino falls, the others will have no option but to follow suit.
