You're so velocitized to the way things are that you're missin' a few nuggets of information you need to form your life's philosophical outlook.

The first vital factoid you seem to have missed is that the world did not BEGIN in 1980. You can't properly gauge today's clusterfuck by having a gigantic blind-spot shrouding its proximal cause.

Get over yourself. Visit a history museum. Examine the exhibits, see what the curators have selected as the "need to know" information. Then walk outside and look at the real world. What's inside that museum is the interesting stuff, but it wouldn't be there without the mountain of uninteresting stuff of real life.

There's no effect without a cause. There's no top without a bottom. No above average without average. No tomorrow without today. No today without yesterday. No big guys without little guys.



History, written as it is, elevates generally accepted concepts of virtue, wisdom, ingenuity, longevity, perseverance, andonandon to a strata above. Important stuff that deserves remembering. REAL history, OTOH, is a slog of the grunts in an almost unbroken endeavor to live their own lives, on their own terms, in a state of relative gruntledness. Not disgruntled, not controlled, not in constant fear or danger and certainly not seeking to have their likeness carved into Mt. Rushmore for feats of grand magnitude. They seek an equitable, mutually beneficial existence, free to live and work and play. They accept a level of risk commensurate with going about their daily slog. They have relied on others for their interdependent independence. Rarely is this reliance on anyone who hides in an office.

You won't work next to someone who fucks up all the time and tries to blame YOU.
Why accept it from the people who represent YOU?

WE have a lot of 'splainin' to do. A shitload of apologizing to do and a boatload of wrongs for which to make amends. "Once started is half finished". No face saving needed. Put the ugly truth out there so we can write its history and move FORWARD.

If a few (or many) political careers are ended from the fallout, how can this be anything except GOOD for the country? Something has to put the JUST back in our Justice system.

I've yet to hear a valid excuse for by-passing, avoiding and ignoring the laws and treaties that were established to PREVENT lawlessness. Color of authority? National Security? or the most ludicrous of all... We are were the majority?

Fuk dat noise. That's what we have always stood firmly, resolutely against. Opposite world has to end. Today works for me. How `bout you?
