Across the street a blind man is walking with his dog. The dog stops, lifts his leg and pisses all over the blind man's shoes. The man instantly reaches down and pats the dog's head saying "good boy, good boy." He's giving the dog pets and pats, scratching behind his ears much to the dog's delight.
I walk over to inquire. "Why are you praising the dog? He just pissed all over your shoes...
He replied, "I'm blind. I have to know where his head is before I can KICK HIS ASS!"
